colin, by the end of day i reckon you will hit at least a dozen posts on RSG, relating the inadequacies on this quarterly.
Also do you think is NOT FEASIBLE to achieve 80koz and 90koz over the next two quarters to achieve guidance? If your answer is NO, then your view is automation will have no beneficial impact, thereby making the whole exercise a gross waste of money?
