    Yes, the quarterly released at the end of January even said the plant was being built, ready for work by the end of the very next month. Was that a false statement?


    All components of the pilot processing plant have arrivedand are being assembled off site. It is

    anticipated that commissioning will take place during lateFebruary with completion of an initial test

    batch completed by end April.
