Do you have a lazy $500k sitting around? I'm thinking a group of holders could pool some money to buy AB for a song, then sit on it until zinc comes good.
On a more serious note, why don't you have private investors just buy some of these more difficult to mine deposits, and wait for technology to catch up? Let's say $1m, the odds of zinc prices doing really well in say a 30 year window, or technology advancing to make extraction a no brainer, seem decent. At which point it's worth a whole lot more than $1m. Are there holding costs to keep the licenses active?
