Pinky you are right about constantly looking for ways to improve. Your business will continue to be successful if you never rest on your laurels.
I for one am voting against the new director appointment. He is totally under qualified, brings no diversity of thought, or any skills of use to the board that I can really see.
Anyway, we can only hope we see some announcements of substance soon, or we will be saying the same thing next year.
