Also, they said once that the cab/chassis was the most expensive part.
I'd imagine the boom and lay head wouldn't be cheap to manufacture but the saw is an off the shelf product. The computer components would be off the shelf.
then there is the shuttle system. If they set up manufacturing right, then $1m might be feasible.
