Who and why ?
do you think some are not pulling their weight.?
I'll like to know what's your concerns are and who with?
If I had to say anything about the board it would be ONLY that im disappointed in all the board who has not taken up their options earlier to set a good exsample.
It's not like even if they are keeping it in the bank for interest it would amount to anything really substantial.
Daniel is the CEO and he is the only one that you can say ok he will make around $14.000 keeping his options till the end and at least he said he will buy more shares with that he made with interest.
The others have hardly any shares to really make anything in interest.
And what they should see and if they don't that's concerning to me is,
they should know by them taking up their options earlier would entice others to do the same and in part the SP will rise and their holdings would increase.
I can tell you if we had already 75% to 100% take up in the placement we will be sitting higher in SP as more will be confident.
It's really that simple and it does start from the top leading by example.
That's the only thing I would be critical of.
I don't know what they are doing behind the scenes work wise to say anything otherwise on that but I'm sure they are working hard as the big boss holds the highest amount
