You won't have to worry about that anyway... Peter's last on-market purchase was for $900 back in 2017, he get's enough options and renumeration by shares for him to be purchasing on-market or participating in any raise.
It's a red flag when the guy behind the wheel isn't confident enough to invest. Stark contrast to some other companies I hold where the MD is willing to bet on himself and the company with his own cash.
