I'd also like him to introduce the current team that he has been building to highlight competency, depth and trust for the market.

Over the last 2 years there's been some fairly ordinary decisions made coupled with an equal amount of bad luck, I for one see that his focus needs to be reset/sharpened and motivated on delivering results, with gold and copper exponentially increasing in value I see a great outcome for the share price with timely positive announcements over the next few months.
