I won't make any comments about a rerate (you've heard them all before) but we are at the point where there will be a significant gap up. I have no doubt sellers will move their orders up by 1/2 to 1 cents with the merry go round continuing. Looking forward to seeing buyers having to eventually pay more for AVB shared (just won't be mine).
