this is the commissioning stage. Obviously the plant is not going to be running at 97% until at least a quarter. i thought u had a mining background? Tweaks are made during the ramp up phase.
Low grade material is typically used during the commissioning stage as recovery rates are often not at nameplate hence a waste of high grade stuff?
