Off take partner won't give you a few million for day to day running of the company, that = CR
CORNER STONE INVESTOR = shares at a discount in exchange for cash = CR ???
I'm interest in getting in but look to take advantage of the CR that's just around the corner.
The company can't allow to have insuffient cash on hand in the hope that a cornerstone investor will just turn up. They only have 120k cash left after next quarter expenditure, if that blows out over 100k what then?
I'm sure management are all over this and that's why in my opinion discussions will already be taking place. I'm not trying to down ramp, I'm interested but choose to think there will be a CR and take advantage of a possible cheaper price. If I miss it and it's higher so be it.
