Its an extraordinary intercept ( over the entire length ) for a saprolitic rock unit and as they suggest is does indicate that with the area of 3% Ni that nickel accumulations are emplaced in the underlying ultramafic bedrock, the upper levels of which have over time weathered into saprolite.

Anyhow, I am looking forward to the saprolitic JORC resource once they have completed the extensional drilling in the west and north strike extensions. Given the presence of Co and Sc as with the large CLQ and AVS lateritic Ni Co Sc deposits, we can then start to draw some realistic market cap comparisons ( let alone if we do find anything further under the saprolite). Gut feel is that this JORC will give a significant re-rate, and especially if it is confirmed as Direct Shipping Ore.

On an other note that I have posted below, I seriously believe the company needs to look at a share split ( 1 for 1) to enable better liquidity. This will entice more investors to enter without over-dilution. Instos and funds will not buy into stocks that have limited liquidity.

I agree it will be a significant re-rate for the reasons stated in your analysis, if next results confirm extension of the deposits initial assays.

The 2 x other ASX companies vying for the leases to the adjoining north and south of the G88 lease through a ballot process - should also re-rate. I hope to get a position in all 3 as the next results are released if positive.
