That is right. To many have discussed Dr.T’s options being significantly out of money. It was a groundbreaking incentive structure requested by Dr.T.
@Davisite - am I right in assuming that these bonus options (unlike performance linked options) can’t be converted cashlessly so we would see actual dollars put up staff and mgmt when they exercise their options? And i hope they do it sooner than wait for closer to the expiry as most retail SHs may do. Also, am I right in assuming that the options you will receive as part of CEO compensation can be converted cashless after they vest and the SP is above the strike price?
