Dr T is more bullish than ever on prospects. Triangle report and targets are too conservative.

I just wished PS can be 100% dedicated on RAC. IMO, His past experience as equity analyst and biotech exec, beats pharma drug sales experience.
Key management personnel all on board with strategy and Dr T’s leadship and vision.

My view:

I wouldnt be surprised if insiders (directors and management) start to accumulate at these levels. This is the sense I got from talking one on one with a number of RAC team members.
My reflection on why Dr T, was not also made MD when the last 3 CEOs were also MD … a director needs to disclose trades within 5 business days (no matter how small the trade), whilst non-director (who is a significant (>5%) holder) only need to disclose trades after 1% movement in holdings, for RAC that is accumulation or reductions of holdings of over 1.63m shares. Could Dr T still want to accumulate and only want to disclose after accumulating another 1.63m? He will not be reducing IMO! This is just my speculation after the AGM, I didn’t discuss this with Dr T.
The RAC incentives (bonus options and CEO package) are set with shareholders in mind …. Hence I am confident of a positive outcome for all of us holders.
Time for me to look forward and stop looking in read view mirror. We all have the same choice … buy, hold or sell at this time. We can’t redo or undo the past.

That is right. To many have discussed Dr.T’s options being significantly out of money. It was a groundbreaking incentive structure requested by Dr.T.

@Davisite - am I right in assuming that these bonus options (unlike performance linked options) can’t be converted cashlessly so we would see actual dollars put up staff and mgmt when they exercise their options? And i hope they do it sooner than wait for closer to the expiry as most retail SHs may do. Also, am I right in assuming that the options you will receive as part of CEO compensation can be converted cashless after they vest and the SP is above the strike price?
