@stewar1t, I’m trying the phone thing now, called back to chase up. I don’t think their SPP people are in an Australian timezone, given they confirmed my participation quite late at night.
Quite annoyed, if they released funds right now we’re paying almost 50 cents more. I’m done with them, only concern now is trying to transfer the options as well, never been in this situation before, coming in for some sort of landing, but I’m blind with no instruments.
