I've owned AYR since 2010, and have recently been topping up, including today at 1 cent, so yes I've been around.
I didn't say your mate Hokusai was being negative, quite the opposite, he was being blatantly too optimistic as he did with AUZ.
And yes, my "gut instinct" is that AYR is a bargain.
And yes, based on the companies around it, this should see it re-rated and the SP should rise.
But, time will tell.
