Great point. I went back and calc'd Chijin's buy in over 3 tranches, bulk of which is the placement from a year ago, at exactly 58c.
They're not accepting this offer by any stretch, it's only about an ~8% return, see below.

It was strategic to flush out shorters and force re-rate IMO.
