I don't think this management is incompetent at all.
My opinion is that they are very switched on with what they do.
Wash Rinse Repeat.
Acquire a cheap (dud) asset.
Spruik it.
Then Raise some cash.
Pay staff a comfortable ongoing wage out of the funds raised whilst at the same time poking a few holes in the ground.
Keep repeating the cycle.
This is how the operation is meant to run.
And I think these guys are very good at what they do.
Concerns about competency of management unwarranted IMO
