You are absolutely echoing my thoughts brendos. One of my managers quite recently hired a mate of mine purely because I recommended him (admittedly for a position demanding few qualifications, but nonetheless within an ASX top 10 firm). Like you said, each individual has their own network of contacts which (probably) represent a higher quality talent pool and (definitely) a more cost effective route than the traditional recruitment process. And to think that is only a rather small portion of RFN's product offering.

IMO, you either bet that the team will pull off what they've been stating or you don't. Pretty simple I think. Clearly the market has been questioning their ability to do so but (what seems like) a select few of us think otherwise. I like the quality of clients, I like the growth, I like the management and I like the nature of the product.
