Not sure abiut the sp bump, though minor trades, seems like a sh!t deal to me, 50% dilution, giving up 5.5% of the only revenue stream RGS has, assuming 700k debt and losing Leo (bet he's happy to exit that board). But at least they kept good.ole Karolis lol.
Suspect more behind this from a corporate manoeuvre.. anyway, glad I'm iut a while back..
