I've never done it but now CMY has been officially delisted you can make an application on that web address.

Unsure of the actual process sorry mate.

Probably only worth it if you have a few thousand in shares otherwise it might cost you more to sell than what their worth.

I believe all costs can be used to offset any capital gains you're able to achieve in the years to come.

If you do sell them at least you don't have to look at those CMY codes on your portfolio anymore, makes it easier to move on & forget.
