So no advice on what you would have done to avoid the current situation cause by massive corruption supported by Zijins pro-ported bribes.
As the ASX has not found AVZ in breach of their disclosure duties, I assume that this is due to the legal advice most boards get on any and all Disclosures of information to ensure they are in complete compliance.
At what stage is this class action at? Is it still underway? I assume for them to be able to make this stick they would have to have information not privy to the ASX?
