Message:
Further to the announcement released by Goodman Fielder Limited ("GFF")
earlier today, NZX Regulation confirms that GFF ordinary shares ("GFF") have
been halted since close of business Tuesday, 3 March 2015 and will be
suspended from close of business today, Thursday, 5 March 2015.
At the request of GFF and subject to certain conditions being met, GFF will
be delisted and its shares will cease to be quoted from close of business on
Thursday, 19 March 2015.
