I'm hoping no shareholders take up their entitlements - then CR will receive $2m from the underwriter. This is enough to cover the above finance costs. I'd be happy for another raise for working capital after funding has been secured and would most likely be at a higher price.
No time for BOD and management to be fully paid and coast along for several more months at SH expense. There is no need for any further expense if funding is not secured.
