they cant ignore this notice. they have a set date to hold the meeting from the day they recived the 249d notice. they did not say in the notice that the paper work was invalid so its good in that regard from bellamys.
I would also be of the opinion not all bellamy's board member see eye to eye and its rare they would ever be in favour of 249d publicly . but I'm sure that some would welcome this privately.
from what I can read of the names on the proposal , I like it from what I read so far.
