Also you probably would not include apparently healthy patients fronting up as reported in clinic and RAP testing. But you would have to include false positives where first method eg clinic says pneumonia but RAP says no pneumonia. And you would have to include false negatives where clinic says no pneumonia but RAP detects pneumonia. The important results are of course when clinic and RAP agree patient has pneumonia.
