We should also hold the Board accountable for RAP strategies in the last 5 years. There have been so many missed opportunities and wasted momentum. The chairman, Roger Ashton should be more visible and vocal. He can't just be a figure head, he needs to provide direction!
Perhaps, what needed is a total Board refresh!
