You raise some very good points.
On reflection, it seems like IMU & Celularity were both in a bit of a rush to make this early stage announcement.
The real question is WHY?
There seems to be some factors / reasons at play that we (smaller) shareholders are not aware at present.
Celularity will lift our profile in the USA / Nasdaq market.
But how is Celularity perceived in that market?
Is it a positive or a negative?
By the way, to be open, I bought more today at 28c & 29.5c.
Time will tell.
