Maybe there is not "talented" management out there in the market...

Maybe there is not "talented" management out there in the market place.
So many of the Companies l have are let down by poor management. They seem to have a knack for awarding themselves share options/bonuses/wage increases but forget about increasing the share value for shareholders. If they are truly builders of mines, miners, producers we would not have these issues as often or for as long as we do. Sure market forces play a big part but l just don't think there is the management talent out there to "get the job done".
Think MRR, SYA, MGT, THR, AVZ, AZL,BTR, MHK, all taken a massive hit over the last 12 or so months and all had their management issues.
Personally l never vote FOR the remuneration report unless l am well in front on the share price front.
I invest to make profits, not to be a litigator, not to watch a soap opera or a shit show but to make a profit.

Anyway that's my rant for the day. Could post this same rant on any number of ASX listed share forums on HC and it would not be out of place.
