Arh0070, I agree with your view that it is troubling when non exec directors suddenly resign like this with no explanation, and it is even more troubling if this is part of a pattern. Not sure what to make of this resignation at this point, but am not participating in the cap raise, I think there are better priced opportunities out there.
By the way Arh0070, I'm curious if you are still following Novo Resources in the Pilbara and their fortunes...I'm not sure what to make of them either and would be interested in any thoughts you may have to offer.
