Looks like both MD and CFO were feeling the heat when tough questions about running the company were asked! All the duo did was to spend millions and millions on legal fees without any results or convictions (apart from taking eyes of the main game ie sell and promote Phoslock). Hope the current BOD have asked them to return unearned money from now till Sept otherwise recover from previous BOD!!
