They closed the last spp early when they could have raised lots more money, not bright idea, then the market worked out that they needed more cash price fell below where it would have been otherwise, and now raising 60% below previous so everyone gets diluted, and they think they have the right to get the cheap shares while the shareholders don't.....that's easy, they need shareholder approval to participate, so we just have to vote against it.
Stuff them getting cheap share when the shareholders don't !!
