They can’t raise $$$ if there’s a deal pending that would be inside information to some investors. I don’t think this is the case. I keep on wondering how come px here respond so aggressively when the same news were released to the mkt couple of weeks ago! We know DRZ has about USD1.1m in the bank. That was published I.in the Q. Yes they raised A$2.5m which is USD1.8m surely net they got much less. Surely they would be scrembling for $$$. But if they really are an inch before real commercial agreements (as u can also derive from their answer) then a rational investor would not give a toss if they raise additional capital soon to make sure they can monitize! Even if they signed an agreement following the oil tracing pilot, this agreement will only start pouring cash into the company in 3-6 months time correct?if the company will make for example $5m in revenue next year. You don’t want to own it??? I would. So feel free to sell your shares when u can. Smart $$ will pick it up quickly 

(Until they get orders until the book revenue, payment is usually T+60 etc etc. In the meantime generating business cost &$$! No one doing it for free. So if I’m the CEO ofcourse I raise $$ at some point. But not now. This is foolish and I don’t think it’s the plan. Need a good real agreement first
