I did lodge a complaint on the ASX site pointing out the deficiencies in market information (probably others did at the same time.) This letter is the result.
Hardly a credible response. They claim they became 'aware' on August 31st on the contract difficulties. Yes, they were forced to quantify the contract difficulties at this date prior to lodging their report but surely any business knows of emerging difficulties months in advance.
A poor showing.
