its not talk, they said on their own website they are having trouble paying gold notes (the same money that funds out mine). Seems hard to believe that has no correlation to the bank account that takes 6 months to get going. Also the 2,400,000 figure for quantum's market cap is at full dilution which they are not even at yet. Very bizzare a company that's going to make billions off this according to tran valued at $2million
