You are correct some dilution will occur, by product of the transaction, no brainer, your off the mark on sale or forecast projections, numerous companies have fulfilled or achieved or bettered their projections.
Off course its going to be a situation of projected income, whole nature of backdoor listings. Less negatives than positives here, this will work out no doubt, in the same steps as many have time before, watch, learn, buy and appreciate. Just to recap the story thus far, it hasnt even got a acq asset tabled and its already generating substantial returns to many of us. Hard to argue with it. Take a position and enjoy the ride, plenty of upside to come over the ST and LT.
