Yes well I've read the TAS response several times to get a real grip on it.

My take, is that they have satisfied the ASX queries and that their current situation hangs a bit precariously on both EDE's success and on whether the exploration deal with a major partner can eventuate.

It seems unwise to count on any big partner happening along unless they can demonstrate something valuable in their exploration. Which means their fate rests in the hands of ever hopeful shareholders and the prospects for the EDE holdings. Which brings us back to the ASX query...
