I never said the offer was fair and equitable and I never said the deposit isn't worth billions. It is just my opinion that the non binding offer should have been disclosed to all market participants and not doing so IMO has resulted in detriment to previous and existing holders. What about everyone who just loaded up at $2.90? Everyone can make their own judgement or opinions.
