I am fairly neutral on the deal,
What deal?
The muted + 2.7% reaction overnight in KRR stock on the TSX suggests to me the deal proposed by Ramelius will be rejected.
And the response on market today suggests 'No Deal".
In any event I cant see KRR shareholders swallowing an all scrip offer of RMS shares . Maybe RMS convertible notes.
The uncertainty must be unnerving to the insto shareholders . I see them selling soon..until a definitive 'No Deal" announcement is made.
