Hope the deal does not go through.
RMS mgmt are just going crazy with the cash they have /are generating; they should return funds to shareholders (div) and not go around trying to buy companies when gold prices are so high. Funds belong to the shareholders, not the management.
That is why the price fell when the news of DD /discussions broke in press. Market takes a dim view of the management’s prowess in M&A activities.
Personally, I think this management has outlived its use-fullness and needs to be changed. Hope the major shareholders are also thinking on these lines.
