Terrier I totally agree!!!!! My holdings plus near circle account for approx 7m CDIs and I can guarantee none of those will be participating in any TER offer, if indeed it now materializes in it's current state. I'm hoping another suitor sees the clear value in making a genuine all cash offer. How many more of these low ball offers do we have to suffer. It seems to me TER will be wasting their money and time and ours if they progress this deal in current form.
