How do you know shareholders turned down 4c. Did the offer become binding? You said you have no edge here and are just speculating, you. seem to know a lot more then most. When Giga is on CLA, SVM seem to always be doing something (must just be coincidence).

What did they exactly turn down? Lets just make it simple, no spinco simple binding offer. SVM hav Hume by the balls unless there is anyone else floating around. Someone else could be watching in background ready to take advantage of all the good work SVM have done the last 12 months, hopefully they can make another $5 - $10 million investing in ASX small caps. Or do they actually want to get a transaction done?

2/8/23 -The parties have substantially completed the negotiations with regards to the legally binding
agreements for the Scheme and Demerger as contemplated. However, following initial feedback
received by Celsius from its shareholders, the Company has sought to advance discussions with
Silvercorp regarding a number of key commercial aspects of the transaction.

What were the key commercial aspects? Could be anything, did SVM change the rules, was CLA asking for more cash?

Straight after that SVM sold 60 million shares on market.
