If you take out Drake's vote its nowhere near 50:50 in terms of general investor sentiment, but regardless why not all shareholders let the Company now focus on the business rather than the politics - surely thats what all investors are here for.
NO ONE WINS IF the Company is forced to continually focus on unproductive matters.
As Ecurb68 remarked the outcome must be seen as a win:win, because there's a compromise of the different BOD proposals, and guess what - we now have a board with considerable aviation experience, no bankers amongst them, and on the doorstep to an AMOC for APB (even though it might take a few months for FAA to approve it), as well as the potential to add further STC applications down the track.
