JSH, Was there ever any doubt that African Lion (33.08%) and Polo Investments (18.87%) have control of CNL? The board is stacked with AL goons.

Having any Lion Selection group companies on a share register is toxic, and a flag for me not to invest in the company. The Chaketma project was big enough and of a high enough quality to give a return to all stakeholders, both Lion and Polo acted unconscionably to take control of CNL in the face of a superior offer from Psons (read the Take Overs Panel announcements to find the offer) only to loose the project to Tunisian Mining Services. And CNL has the hide to call TMS thieves and accuse them of acting illegally!

It might be time to call in the litigation specialists.
