The apathy of DGR shareholders is unbelievable. Less than 50% of shareholder votes were submitted......just over 1 billion shares issued. Just over 500 million votes submitted. We know who would have voted yes for both issues.......the same people who would gain the most with an increase in their percentage holding of the company. The rest of us have just been diluted by 15%. What a farce. White collar criminals in control.
