Very well said, Charlesincharge ... We have a group of minority shareholders who would otherwise have been drifting towards an incredibly disingenuous low-ball offer from Nkwe / Zijin, and without the organisation and wealth of knowledge provided by our leader, would almost inevitably have had to take it or leave it, after years of having supported this company through our holdings of shares and options.
If justice wins out and the options are rightfully extended ( and independent directors are appointed to the board ), then the next stage would be to have negotiations with Nkwe / Zijin for a fair price in the event of a takeover. Whatever final share price is agreed upon will probably be a couple of cents lower for the heads than they would be if the options were allowed to expire ... BUT they will definitely be much higher than what we would have been offered for them if our leader hadn't been representing us ( at HIS cost ) all along this journey.
As Charlesincharge says, we are possibly on the verge of something incredible. Let's all just stay united and support what's trying to be achieved here, knowing that every minority holder ( share, option, or both ) will be better off at the end of it all than we could ever otherwise have been.
