Contract assets represents work DUR has done under contract for a development client and has yet to be invoiced or paid. In other words it will provide future working capital and gross profit when the work which has been carried out is invoiced and paid. It serves to indicate the ability of DUR to carry out relatively large contracts within its current working capital and funding arrangements. Definitely not a bad thing.
