This is me & you would have your own situation but I'm not taking the offer up.
With no discount for retail investors there just seems no point and any MOS has been squashed. The discount price just destroyed any real value for retail investors here.

I'm assuming it was set so low because there may have been concerns the Insto's
wouldn't support it being so close to their last cap raising, without a substantial reduction.
So again Insto's win with cheap stock.
We lose with a bit of dilution and more importantly a sad loss of capital.

Sadly we don't have the clout to matter.

It may suit you but please DYOR.

I'd add too that I can see SDA continuing to try and BUY their spot to the big end of town so this could/should be considered a risk. I certainly do.
