I agree ktex... strategic partner/s close to signing on the dotted line is how I'm thinking also and the next step up for HIO would be too much to handle for BG!!
So a new MD with a great track record could be joining us very soon! Maybe end of May and then BG staying for another month to 'hand over' the reigns!
