the key question is why is OEL not promoting this to market - an outside observer looking in at a high level would see the entire field rapidly depleating but it should have production of ~800bopd for a number of years to come.

I expect BYE might turn its attention back to SM71 if the current well interventions do not improve performance from a number of their wells.

the reality remains that BYE have earnt around three times as much from their 50% WI in SM 71 on a $26m net investment than they have from a 100% WI in its $120m investment in SM58 ….
